Attorney David Jensen is a 30 year veteran of the Greater Boston law and real estate business. His practice is concentrated on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including representation of lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate developers in the acquisition, development and sale of properties in Eastern Massachusetts. Attorney Jensen handles the formation of entities such as LLCs and corporations, counsels small businesses regarding leases and contracts, and represents clients before town boards regarding zoning and licensing matters. His office conducts title examinations, title review, and closings, and represents commercial landlords and tenants in leasing matters. David has conducted over 8,000 closings, and has assisted in the creation of over 2,000 housing units. He also assists clients with estate planning, through the use of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills, and in the administration of trusts and estates.

David is past President of both the Brookline Chamber of Commerce and the Brookline-Newton unit of the American Cancer Society. He has served on the Town of Brookline Advisory Committee and the board of the Brookline Arts Center, as well as the advisory committee of the Beacon High School. Mr. Jensen has served as a guest lecturer at first time buyer and real estate investment seminars throughout Greater Boston, including the Boston Home Show. David lives in Brookline with his wife, Diane, an art dealer.
